I love SushiRock’s food, and I used to use its app frequently. However, a few months ago, they had an update, and since then, my favorite sushi from the restaurant is not on the menu anymore! “Stairway to Heaven” was the name of the sushi roll, and it suddenly disappeared from the menu. I imagine this is just a development error since this specific sushi is still on their menu in the restaurant. You can even order it via Doordash or other delivery services. But it’s just not on this app and the corresponding website anymore. (it used to be the last item of the Maki specialty roll category.) This is very sad because I liked using their app, and they have all these promotions and reward systems, which I can’t use because I don't want to order anything other than my favorite rolls. So, I stopped ordering from SushiRock altogether since then. Now I’m suspecting maybe more items have secretly fallen off their menu without anyone noticing. Very disappointed! Please bring the stairway to heaven back to the menu on the app!!
