Best way to chat with customers

I’m always on the go and urgent email communications get lost, or my leads/customers and I are playing perpetual phone tag. Using this app to communicate with my leads and customers in one place is SO CONVENIENT! All my active and important chats are easy to find in one place, and they’re linked to the proposal or document so it’s easy to reference if needed.
