Voice is breaking. It’s like poorly connected internet call. Through the local number the voice quality is better. 1 star for app not Dial91.Nkanao

Wish I had zero stars option. Don’t use this even if they give away free. It will make you impatient, such a crap app n service. One of the worst service I ever came across in my entire Onsite tenure of 5 years..chandhu gowda
App is useless
Audio breaks too much to a point where making a call via app is pointless. Their service seems to be good as when I make the call manually by dialing the access number and entering PIN I don’t have any audio issues. Just the app is unusable. I even tried tweaking some of the settings to see if it will help fix broken audio but no success. Just gave up on the app and deleted it!Show lessDavis Raj

Very very bad
1) call connecting is very intermittent
2) you hear very bad noise over the line while connecting
3) customer care is not 24/7
