Crash Problems.
Why I did I pay $89.00AUD for a 64gb stick that won’t load my photos when my app freezes? I have to keep rebooting the app and even then, it’s still not loading my photos. I formatted the stick before use and what happens? I mean, c’mon guys!? Fix this problem so my 89 dollar stick was worth paying for. One star for a lousy app that’s useless! 😡😡Show lessGregBassman1

Not user friendly or at all intuitive
After purchacing the Verbatim Lightning USB drive, reading the entire manual, and downloading the app, I have no idea how to use this or transfer files from my phone to the device. The pictures are all saved as file name with no thumbnail, when you click on music or video folders from either the phone storage or external storage tabs there is no data, and no clear directions on how to access any files. Attempts to contact support have not been answered, and beyond the manual I can find no cites detailing how to use it. Clicking buttons in an attempt to figure it out by random chance prompted a request for password, but I have never set up a password for this device. Unless you are a confident computer/iPhone/ data retrieval expert I don't think this will help you.Show lesssophiasong311
