Did not apply my purchase- charged me but keeps asking to pay. Doesn’t restore purchases- I have to call my bank to cancel.

Bought this app, very common generic information. If you want to get into specifics about a certain destination you have to keep buying add-ons, even though i bought this app when trying to open anything it tells me “you are using the free version of this app “.
