What happened to the notifications?
About 3 weeks who the notifications stopped happening for drop off/pick up, photos and school notes.Alisonw1L
No longer get notifications
The app was fine until a couple of weeks ago but now I no longer get notifications. Nobody seems to have an answer as to why, but I know I’m not the only one it’s happening to. Is a fix coming?Carriegrl
Was excellent, now just great
We switched to a school that uses this app in January. From day 1 I loved it. Now pile of daily papers and I could forward the email version to my parents who live far away. However, recently the real time (aka push) notifications just stopped working. So, if an announcement about closing early, etc comes in, I don’t know about it unless I am checking my personal email (which I try to avoid at work). Please fix this.Show lessCrassuss
A few good features but definitely lacking compared to other school apps
A few good features but definitely lacking compared to other school apps. While the layout is nicer and the “mark absent” and drop off notes are great features, this app is less intuitive, lacks instantaneous updates, and missing a few other features other school apps have. Works functionally
It works if you remember to type in all your notes and any changes before you drop off, but it would be awesome if you could add a note or change- like pick up time- or even chat/email through the system. Lag times are a concern.Jannesgirl
Dubiously School Value / Mediocre Deployment
Serving parents and kids means supporting their teachers, not the third tier admins that eagerly cut checks for shiny apps.
This is C+ effort at best. If I saw the enterprise license you shackled to the school I’d be far less forgiving.MrStuffer
A few good features
I like the idea of this but it needs work! I can’t click on the X in top left hand corner to leave a page. Freezes A LOT!ltk1984
Pretty Good.....
I like that I can send quick notes, see pictures and review daily reports and other announcements in one place. It’s easier then having to search through my email. At times there is a lag with how quickly updates occur or alerts are received. I do with their was sharing feature to share photos with families. My kids are 5 and almost 3 so I don’t need constant updates, so I can see where parents with infants - 2 year olds would want more interaction/updates. I think this is a good app and happy our childcare provider utilizes this type of service.Show lessBionicKnees08
Make it better
More real time data! Refresh slow! I want it hooked into live web cams and live updates on naps and bottles! And why does drop off notes lock after I drop off?? That’s when my hands are free to enter data!Amalei91
