I can’t scan the code but the app is really good. I hope someone helps me.
The app doesn’t work
I tried scanning my books but nothing works. I actually bought three books. A French and German for myself and Spanish for my mother. We tried all barcodes and nothing works. We couldn’t unlock the book on the app. The book itself is great. It would have been great if we had the audio.
No audio / kein Ton
App loads but doesn’t play any words. Support link doesn’t go to support.

Doesn’t make a sound
Re-installed many times, simply doesn’t speak the words to you.
