There are specific invoices and surgical records. Such a simple thing is complicated! Deliberately trouble customers, and each picture must be uploaded one by one! App crashing
Same problem as other reviewers. Soon as you verify to log in it closes the app. They are paying amateur developers to build this app.
Technical issues
This app has a lot of bugs. Every time I try to log in, it closes right after UAE pass app verifies my login. This technical issue should be addressed immediately.
Motor Insurance
I was able to access my motor insurance in the old app. The new app only has medical insurance.

Garbage app in 2023
Ridiculous that this is the standard allowed for an insurance company that encourages its use. Crashes, doesnโt provide simple processes, convoluted. Look to your competitors to see how to organize an app.

Very confusing when you want to submit a medical claim
There's no button that just says "Submit medical claim"!!! You have to go through all kinds of icons with words that make sense to bureaucrats in their company, but don't mean a thing to customers!
