Current payment scheme is too lengthy
This delay in payment does not support contractors effectively. It hinders their ability to commit to new jobs or take on additional work, as they are waiting for payments that have been withheld for too long. By streamlining the payment process, the app could enhance contractor satisfaction and engagement, leading to more efficient service delivery.
Addressing this payment issue will not only benefit contractors but also improve customer experiences. With quicker payments, more contractors will be eager to take on tasks, resulting in faster job completions and happier customers. In turn, this will elevate the overall value of the app and strengthen the contractor community that drives its success.

Hello! Thank you for some great feedback. It is rather complicated and logical, while we most likely could improve somewhere. The majority of the payments will reach a helpers bank account within 2-3 days, pretty quick but not instantly. Why 2-3 days? That is the time it takes for the money to be transfered to your Tiptapp account, and then your bank account. Each taking 1-2 days. Why does it take longer sometimes? - The ad needs to be completed - The ad needs to be recycling and the documentation approved - The ad needs to be confirmed by the advertiser Most of the above happens within the same day, so that the payment can begin to transfer to your account. If not, then it usually means that the ad is not completed so the money should not be transfered. Any delay on the above points will create a delay. Please also note that banks do not pay out the money on weekends or holidays, which may delay it further. Compared to real work, payments or salary are often done within 10-60 days. Tiptapp is pretty quick compared to that. Compared to cash payment or direct transfers, we are for sure 1-2 days behind as you do not get the money instantly. The setup we need do not support these kind of payments today, but we are always looking and are open for new solutions. We can see a future with quicker payments, based on the ad being fully completed. Thanks again for really well written feedback.
