You guys had a fantastic business model—but unfortunately you have lost my business.
I have waited for an update for months. I trusted your number for the number of my business, but I cannot go any longer. I have switched to a competitor. Here are my issues:
The biggest problem is that telephonaki is not connected to the iPhone “call” API, as is WhatsApp, Viber, FreeTone and every single other call app out there, where I can have the app off and it will still appear on my screen. The result? I must have the app open and connected, and often at the forefront of my screen in order for it to work. Sometimes, I still don’t receive calls. Unreliability is huge, especially when I am entrusting your company as the sole provider for telephone for my business.
What’s the number #1 suggestion for startups to grow? Talk to your users. On Facebook, I didn’t receive a response to an inquiry until two weeks later (after I had to remind you guys). Unprofessionalism here.
If you ever update it (or if you plan to), I might consider returning. Hit me up.
