  • App crashes every time I try to open it

    App opens for a short while and then crashes, whenever I try to re-open the app it crashes immediately again. Running latest ios. Please fix.
  • Could be good but...

    App is unstable. Tried to book yesterday but got an object error on app and website. A few hours later when this disappeared when I hit confirm it didn’t do anything but when I tried again. It remembers the price of previous booking and added to time and price. Who knows what would have happened it if had worked. I needed to be sure of booking so had to delay, eventually 4hours it worked. I object to the barber and me being charged for a process that is so difficult. This is the usual story, not a one off. Great when it works, but it usually (3 times out of 4) doesn’t.

  • Crashes so much it is unusable

    Sort this and the chop chop app out. The apps both crash instantly. Not possible to book through the app and this was such a good idea when it worked!
  • Seems good

    Just loaded up and made a booking all went pretty well.

    When I searched for my barber there was no indication I already had an appointment with them just a join the queue button.

    I can see it in my bookings however it would be cool to be able to see my booking when looking at my barbers page.

    Other than that seems like a solid start.

    Thanks for the feedback Fred. We do give an alert if you try a book a duplicate but your idea is more proactive. We will add that into our development plans. Thanks!
  • Not working properly

    Unable to view appointment progress or booking history at all , regardless if I am logged into Slikr app or facebook.
    When I check booking history I am told “I need
    “view reservation “ permission to access this functionality .
    I have updated my iphone , the slikr app and my facebook account and still have had the same issue ever since I installed the “SLIKR” app over 12 months ago
    Dont see the point of this app if you cant check your appointment progress , which was the whole idea of this app in the first place???
    Hope a better app comes out soon.

    Hi. This was related to security around online payments. Sorry it limited your view of reservations. I believe our support team was helping you. It was resolved in an update this week. If you still have a problem please reach out to us again.
  • Love the app but have an issue

    So when I’ve chosen my cut and also my barber, once I tap on the time slot, the app just crashes, help? I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it several times but same thing happens. I’ve also tried turning off my phone but still the same thing.

  • CHANGE PRICES!!!!

    Your prices are way to high!! $50 for a fade?! Unbelievable there is no way I’m going to this place again unless I’m a billionaire

    Hi. We do not set the pricing for shops and the timing for each service. SLIKR is just the app to help with checkin and wait times. Our goal is to bring a mix of shops and pricing for clients. We do clearly show the pricing before you check-in. I hope that helps clarify and you can review your rating. Let some of your local shops know to get on SLIKR :-). Thanks for taking the time.   • Why bother

    If you enjoy being turned away from a deserted place of business because it’s booked out before you arrive, with customers that are not actually there, this is the app for you. Why have actual queues with real people, when you can queue while not actually being there. Virtually rubbish.

    Hi. Thanks for leaving feedback. We are not quite sure what your concern is? One of our frustrations was arriving at a shop to find it full already and not being able to get a place, we would prefer to know before leaving home. If you prefer to wait hours in a line we wish you all the best and respect your choice, if something actually went wrong please let us know do we can address it otherwise a 1 star rating does not seem reasonable if you disagree on principle.   • No more queues!

    Fantastic app with a number of stores online now. Can't wait for more to catch up with modern times.
