Horrible
After two days of using, you can’t even open it! It’s so frustrating!!! It’s always loading then the app crashed! Never ever wrote a bad review until I meet this one! It’s just horrible! Why does Apple still have it in the store, they should move it!Vickylaw777
Disappointing
So, I also paid for a subscription don’t know if its every month or a one time purchase because it doesn’t show up under Apple subscriptions. However, I can not log into my account, I’ve tried to request password and everything seems to not be in the system. This I don’t understand because the ID and email are the same. It registers my ID but not the password. Can someone please help, I may need a contact number.Show lessMíyah

Forgot password, and password retrieval system never sent me an email to reset password. No way to contact and request for assistance, nothing. So I paid for a subscription and now I’ve been hung out to dry. If I pay, I expect more support for something as simple as password reset. Disappointed and angry.Show lesscalliek
About: with Adobe flash, it’s annoying!
I have to subscribe, and I find that very annoying. I don’t need to but I want to use the app. I need to not have to use the subscription. Please take it away.Day177017
Excellent, especially for the low price
I use this app as well as the website which has a few more features like games and vocab lists. Most videos are between 1-4 minutes but there are many of them and they are very high quality. Each video has subtitles in both pinyin and hanzi, plus transcripts in English, and the stories are very cute. Totally worth the $4/month.Show lessMelzzz1231
Very buggy.
Using it on an iPad Pro 12.9 third gen. With iOS 13.1.3.
In many cases pinyin is incorrect on the script. Some videos have parts where no audio sounds. It crashes very frequently and it is annoying. Also, every time I log in I have to hit on restore purchase, it can not automatically detect the fact I have a subscription. There are no games.
I really love your website. Please try to update this app as I am unable to use the website on my iPad .
