Doesn’t pay

Keeps inviting me to do surveys but doesn’t add points/credit for bigger surveys, keeps them pending/under review for periods of time!

Stupid

This app is dumb in 2 years I’ve never been able to complete one survey. Not sure if it due to my race or sex but it’s a waste of time.

Not recommended

It looks like this app is a fake. After registration I didnt finished any survey (sometimes it starts but after few questions it says that Im not qulifited to the survey). I recommended this app to my friend which is youger and the situation on her account is the same. Not recommended. It looks like the surveys companies get a basic information about people like e.g.age, do you play a games, which games, where you live, zip code, material situation and after that they write „im sorry you are not qulified to the survey”. Maybe a few years ago this app was good, but now it is a fake.

Hi, as surveys that you don't receive via e-mail are not tailored to your profile, it may happen that the target groups there do not match your profile. In those surveys, you only get credited if you completely answer them. In invitation surveys you also get points, when you don't fit into the target group. Best regards, Your Marketagent Team

No Fairplay

I started to do surveys but of I’m not in the target group I don’t deserve any points. I don’t think so it is fair. If I starting the survey just because the program just 10 minutes after realizing that I’m not the good person I spent 10 minutes for it. Don’t give me extra points that’s OK but don’t giving anything that’s unfair. I can spend my time somewhere else.

No survey

For the last month I never qualify for any survey, every single day. Or it starts and after some question says you are not qualifed for points..
i am at the same spot for months now, how does it happen that theres nothing for me. Also I am waiting gor quite some time for the past points for like 3-4 surveys. Dissapointning

Hi FeliceF, as carousel surveys are not tailored to your profile, it may happen that the target groups of the surveys available there do not match your profile. In carousel surveys, you only get credited if you completely answer a survey. In other surveys you also get points, when you don't fit into the target group. Due to administrative reasons, we can only credit the points if our partner has totally closed the survey. This depends on how long the survey is active and how many members participated. Bonjour, car les sondages carrousel ne sont pas adaptés à votre profil, il peut arriver que les groupes cibles des sondages disponibles ne correspondent pas à votre profil. Dans les sondages carrousel, vous n'êtes crédité que si vous répondez complètement à un sondage. Dans d'autres sondages, vous obtenez également des points lorsque vous ne rentrez pas dans le groupe cible. Cordialement, Votre équipe Marketagent
