  • Love the app but keeps crashing

    I love the Tokyo Joes app and I used to do mobile orders with it all the time. But recently I haven’t been able to use it because whenever I try to open it, it crashes and the app closes 1 second later. I thought it was on my end at first, but after updating software and checking connection (all my other apps work just fine) it still won’t work. I hope the developers see this and can help me. I really miss ordering through the app.

  • Yellow letters on a white background? Worst designed app ever.

    I ordered my wife to download the app and sign into my account so she can place the order for me because I’m driving the app wouldn’t even launch or work at all on her phone so I have to try and place the order at stoplights but because of the YELLOW LETTERING ON WHITE BACKGROUND I couldn’t even see what I was doing. When I finally got it together, I exited the app to check a text from my wife to make sure I got the order correct and it erased my entire order and I had to start all over again. Working on the second order notification came up, but I accidentally clicked on and I had to start over AGAIN!!!! i’ve never had a more frustrating experience with an app. Seriously need to do better.

  • One of the worst apps…

    I don’t usually do this, but my experience with this app has been so atrocious, I felt compelled to provide feedback. First of all, the actual UI is just plain bad. From redundant selections of needing to add items, then add them again, when all I’m trying to do is select some veggies, to none of the fields allowing autofilled values, the user experience is just cumbersome and irritating. Don’t even get me started on it not being compatible with Apple Pay or any of the other countless ways you can autofill credit card info. I could almost let that slide, however, assuming they wanted me to create an account. So, I go to try to create an account. Put in all my information and go to create. It says my number is already registered and I need to sign in. So, I put my email in and any number of passwords I normally use. Nope. Okay, then I click on Forgot Password. Put in my email. Error message. There is literally no way for me to log in, reset the login credentials, or create a new account without changing my phone number. This is insane. It’s 2024. Get. Your. Act. Together!
