Very handy

No more finger counting dates! For those who take multiple medications, it’s easy to forget if you took a pill. A few entries, a simple count…..one’s mind is at ease.

Good for a pricing up jobs

As a lawn care business, we have all our pricing tables in excel and I wanted to find a way to have it presented as an app for our workforce to utilise in the field. My excel pricing data is in one sheet and then I created a kind of calculator in another sheet (using vlookup to pull in the correct numbers based on the m2 of the lawn). Open as app then basically uses the formulas I've already created to present the information in an app. Just brilliant and so simple. It works a dream. If you can do it in excel, you can do an app.

Great app!

This app is amazing! Took my pretty complex excel document and quickly was able to make a very functional app.

Hallo there. The Open as App service has three major parts: First, the creation of your personal solution. Second, the management of your solutions and users. And third, the app client to use the created solutions. The first two parts happen in the web via your browser. Here in the store you will find the App client for iOS devices, one way through which your solutions can be used. Feel free to check it out via www.openasapp.com. Disappointed

This app is a 3 party service, but this app totally destroys the end result for the 2nd party who is creating the app for the 3rd party, where they must sign up, be bombarded from the first party OpenAsApps to now become a 2nd party client to create their own apps. A waste of time for the 2nd party and an endless cycle of a bad business model of value not delivered to the 2nd party or the 3rd

Generally, registration of the users you invite to your solution/app is only necessary if you invite them directly via their email address (private mode - sharing). We only actively contact users who have been visit our homepage or wanted to build an app. We assume that these people are interested in building solutions for themselves. Love the app but a suggestion

I’ve downloaded the app and tinkered for about 30 minutes or so and one thing I really wish had been made available is a little info button next to each section. For example the subcontractor section on the int&ext tabs, if it had an info button there that you could hit and it would say something like “this is the cost it would charge you to hire a subcontractor for this job” it’s silly but could go a long way for a beginner in the industry like myself. Other than that I truly love the app! Thank you!!

Love the App...

Love the app, it’s extremely useful but the latest update seems to have made it so when I tap on my home screen shortcut to my app, it now takes me to open as app first instead of immediately to my app.
