What happened to my game? Why did it start me over and took all my diamonds. This is my favorite game but I’m getting tried of starting over.

Glitches at level 201
I got to level 201 and completed it but comes back as a failed level. I tried over 5 times and won but again acts like a fail. I looked at the chapter level and it’s missing level 202. It has level 203 and so forth. I contacted support and no answer as of yet

Application crashes
When playing adventure from level 30 when the purple lightening bolts are introduced which clear the line horizontally the application crashes intermittently. More so then not but every know and then it works and can complete the level. This happens at all levels where the lightening bolts are available.

Bubble pirates
This game keeps acting up it won't let me keep playing when I hit one certain bubble it cuts out and I can't finish a level it uses all of my men only on apple👌😒✌️😭
Level 30
Love this game but I can't get past level 30. The game glitches and closes as soon as you hit the special purple bubble. I really would like to play more. I deleted the game and reinstalled and got to level 30 and it did it again
