I would like to share my experience with Monicare regarding their treatment of job applicants. Unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing. Despite applying for several positions, I have repeatedly been told that my profile would be shared with the principal hiring team. However, I have not received any feedback, whether positive or negative. I believe that, at the very least, candidates deserve to be informed about the status of their applications. Leaving applicants without any information is disrespectful and shows a lack of consideration for individuals as human beings. As a Latino man, I feel that my profile and application were not valued by this company. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Monicare. I hope they improve their communication and respect for all applicants in the future.
