Buggy - Uninstalled Immediately.
I have bought cars from this dealership for a few years now, can't believe how poor this app functions for a BMW dealerships app. Half of the things I click just take me to the website, the app icon has 2 horrific black bars across the top and the bottom (very unprofessional looking) that forces me to put this app in a folder so I don't have to look at it on my home screen. Navigation is confusing and clunky. When the links take me to their website, it's almost impossible to navigate. Deleted the app immediately, sad to see this dealership behind the times. The lack of ease of use and communication is pushing me toward other dealerships simply because their are more efficient ways to car buy, communicate, and browse available with other dealerships through their apps.
