Learning a language is useful and challenging, but it is never easy. 'Vocabulary‘ can help you to build your own virtual vocabulary card box from scratch. Or you enlarge the already built-in card boxes German - Spanish or German - French with more than 2300 words and phrases each. Both files can be restored. File handling is easy, the app uses Apple's file - organisation.  Import xlsx (Excel) files as e-mail attachments. You can group your vocabulary in many ways (alphabetically, time, difficulty, groups, random...), you can save results on your iPhone/iPad or in the cloud, and you can print the entire box or parts of it via AirPrint. A link to leo.org gives you more information for each entry (how to pronounce, grammar…). Speech synthesis lets you easily practise any amount of phrases - at home or at the gym. The app gives you a phrase, you can think of the right equivalent and after a pause you get the answer. It works without being online, just with the built-in voices. Freshen up your vocabulary in the background - when running or cycling or cooking. You can also enter phrases via keyboard or using the speech recognition. Just speaking the answer makes your training much easier (needs internet access). Help Page
