Responsive and easy. One issue

I’ve found out that despite the app specifically mentioning “Your contact details will only be used if you request a response”, this is not the case. Your contact details if filled in are directly linked to all cases you submit, and will be used even if a response is not requested. This is a breach of the privacy policies the app developers list, and should be rectified in an update

Inaccessible app design

This app is very difficult. To use. The font is too small

Getting There

Great to have an app like this but would be good if it had specific inputs for different information to identify the bus rather than just free text.

Not bad. Could be better. Why didn’t they have their own categories in SnapSendSolve app? Developing their own app seems unnecessary.

IMPROVEMENTS?
If you select the service it should show the nearest stop using GPS to the location given but ALLOW an override.

It should automatically have the current date and time but ALLOW an override.

Simple to use

Easy to follow steps, does what it says with minimum fuss.

Waste of time?

App is good, but responses from TfNSW are poor, with rarely any positive action being taken

What an invasion of privacy. Taking photos of workers without permission will lead to all sorts of false accusations

The app is the best for buss and train feedback
