Unable to sign in
The sign-in button doesn’t work. Password reset doesn’t work either. I just want to report potholes :(Works with iPhone SE 2020 using iOS 14.6
The latest review I saw said the app no longer works. They have updated it and as of this review (July 20, 2021) the app now works.
I used it to report some rat sightings.
Please note you need to make an Report2Gov account (you can do so through the app.)
It requires using a first name, last name, email and password, and then you need to verify the email by clicking a link that is sent to your email when you register.Show lessChocoboRider
Does not work!
I’ve tried using the Somerville 311 app a number of times in the past year and it is broken. On the Details screen, the comments field is not visible, and when you tap the Create Request button a popup appears saying the comments field is required, so you cannot proceed/submit the report.brandonc617
So Progressive
It feels so progressive to have Somerville app with the tab "Your Government". I moved to Somerville from Los Angeles and should say Boston making a great job at implementing digital tools on government and transport level. I love the app!McRyach
