Can’t link new phone
Just bought a new riding permit and tried to log in with a new phone and I get an error that I’m linked to another phone and so you wish to link to new one? I tap on YES and it keeps repeating the same error. Called the office and they said uninstall & reinstall it. I did still the same thing! I’m not the only one that changes phones!Show lessrontro09

If you go to Brimstone, be sure to get a printed map as app doesn’t work. After I paid for 2 2-day riding permits at the Brimstone office, I never could log in to app and get it to work even after multiple tries. As another reviewer said, “Waste of time.”Commissioner Cyborg
Didn’t work for me
I purchased my yearly permit online and it won’t let me use it. I enter my name and birth date & it says invalid. Don’t know what to do about it.Jace 75

Worthless! I deleted after I downloaded it. Planned to come ride and was going to plan my trip and app provides no information until you buy a permit. Just downloaded Windrock’s app. Based on the apps, I know where I’ll ride this summerTreeHuggersSuck
Don’t waste your time!
First, to access the map, you need to buy a permit. Which is fine, cause I bought one to ride. I go back to the app, enter my information as it prompted, and it didn’t work. The order rider was able to log in. While using the app, the map needs improvement. I wish it was interactive and showed where on the map you are located to find your way around. You’re better off buying the map at Brimstone when checking in.Show lessLfnch
Horrible
First off u much buy a permit to access app. I went to brimstone rented the LRV and went to get a map at checkin they reminded me about the app so I wouldn't need one. Well I should have got the map. Launch the app and it immediately closes. With or without service. Total garbage!! iPhone 6 with iOS 10. Please fix.Show lessJrod0153
Won't work
First you have to have an active permit so I bought one and now the app won't open it jut closes when I click on it. Very disappointedEmmaFish10
