Incomplete directions
Update Feb 2018. App no longer opens on phone and hasn't been updated in 10 months. I have lost the item I clipped the fob to and cannot use it for the purpose I paid for. Very aggravating and untrustworthy.
The app and key fob are difficult to use because of very poor English instructions. Also, fob only works in a 30-50 meter range according to their website. By accident I discovered that the fob can be used with the app as a remote for taking photos.Show lessMistress Enigma

Broken when needed
Never need this app, but the one time I do, it does not work. It worked when I set up the devices and tested but when need to use to locate keys on a job site. The app won’t open.

Very unreliable!
Every time to try pairing my Hisea, I receive a ‘failed to get data’ error. This is just one of many issues I’ve had with this device. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.More cards needed
