I request all readers to stay away from Telenor cause they are doing fraud billing and when ever I call customer service to convert my account to prepaid so I can switch to other network, they simply say they are helpless and they have requested technical department but still unable to resolve the issue, shame on you Telenor,Scam
Telenor App is now reporting scam apps in their platform. Apps which steals your data and telenor is helping them to do so. Avoid this scam so that your data cant be stolen by hackers. I hope Apple would ban this app from store in near future.Best service

I am using Telenor over 12 years as prepaid ,
Last night I wanted to subscribe Netflix , so i added 1500 balance in telenore sim , but then found out its only for postpaid customer,
For that i Downloaded this app
And started the process to transfer from prepaid to postpaid.
The app requested 1500 rs from easy paisa acc
That i approved i got my self to postpaid,
That balance i had earlier disappeared.
Total sum of money around 3000 rs
So i went back to Netflix subscription page and try to do the 950rs package pay via telenore
***Unsuccessful ***
Start calling customer service 345
It took me over 3 min to find the representative,
I told him the whole thing he issue a ticket for missing 1000 rs transactions from easypaisa that will be added to my balance by 6 sep 2021
Fine
Now he told me to go to app and add another 1000 rs to »credit limit« to get the Netflix subscription,
For over 20 min I clicked every icon in app to find this credit limit , I couldn’t found it .
And here at 2:00am i am writing my review.
It should have been easy and simple
Like you are prepaid, add balance in your phone and pay the subscription fee
Now i am stuck with 3000 pkr in their pockets and asking me to submit another thousand total of 4000 pkr , and still the initial matter is not resolved at all .

Telenor is the leading network when it comes to worst service. Bad quality calls and extremely slow internet. Even PTCL is faster than Telenor.Signal issue, slow mobile data
Struggling with poor signal is a frustrating experience like removing your sim card refresh app and it takes too long to send a message because my data connection is strugglingRechage through card gives error sometimes.
Overall the app is good but i have experienced dozens of time it gives error while recharging through Credit/Debit Card. Which is very frustrating because have to find a shop to buy recharge card. Please fix that part asap.The worst network in the country
Telenor has the worst network and the worst customer service in the country. Even this app, although nice in some ways, has annoying limitations like not being able to cancel subscriptions from the app. You have to use their frustratingly slow helpline system which ignores your requests and keeps billing you for months.
Everyone: Ditch Telenor and switch to a different network as soon as possible.Package problem
I paid for package and they used all the balance and didn’t gave me package such a shame :(
