Don’t even work
Won’t let you login, doesn’t let you add device - says serial number is wrong or not working.
Why make an app that doesn’t even work, the website is even worse, just hangs on loading when logged in.

Password recovery
I don't know how to get hold of the developer so I will try trough the review. My password no longer working and no option for recovery. So I can't longer see my device and still paying for service.
Error trying to log in
This app will not allow me to log in on my IPhone 11 but does with my older IPhone 7. Not sure why as I have updated the IOS on both.
Please fix the app it seems many others can’t get it to work either.

Impossible to log in
Username is country code followed by phone number (without the first 0) for example +441234567890
This works perfectly when logging in on the website, but the app does not allow the + character in the username field. Therefore impossible to login!
I have tried without the + and also every combination possible but it just will not allow me to log in.
Did anyone test this app before publishing?
