I have been banking here for about ten years and sometimes I feel like they are going back in time with their online platforms. This latest update is terrible and I don’t understand why. It looks like some type of old Excel spreadsheet. It doesn’t fit a phone screen at all, you can barely read it, and you have no idea what you’re looking at when you do. Honestly, it’s enough to make me want to change banks. I’ve not been too concerned over the years because I always thought they would catch up eventually, but if this is the direction they are going in it might be a dealbreaker. Everything is online now, especially using apps, and this just doesn’t compare even slightly to other business apps. Please, PLEASE go back to the old platform at the very least!! So disappointed!! I would stay for the customer service (ALWAYS top notch), but leave for the headache of using this app. I use the app WAY more than in-person.
