The tour can include video, audio, links to a website or PDF documents. Once you have created a tour, it gets published on our website (MyGuidedTours.com) and can be shared with your friends, your customers, your fellow enthusiasts. They don't have to buy this app they use the Free Tour Guide. You can decide to charge for the tour or give it away for free. You can make it public or private. You can make all kinds of tours, for walking, kayaking, running, skiing, driving, sailing - you name it - if your device can get GPS reception, you can make a tour. When you make a change to the tour, users are notified and advised to update their version. So, unlike a printed tour guide, your guide need never be out of date or inaccurate. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
