Great app - needs some updates
Love the variety of workouts and how they’re organized. There’s just a few problems when using on Roku (you can do most of this on the app on your phone so you can get around it that way but it would be nice not to have to):
1. there is no way to search if you’re looking for something specific (either in the app or on Roku)
2. You cannot put individual workouts in your library (just entire categories for some insane reason) (Roku only)
3. The full description of the workouts is not entirely visible when browsing. (Roku only)

an ok app, terrible customer service
the app is ok, wasn’t working for 4 days though and after 11 emails to customer service which stinks terribly finally i got the app back up and running. so as long as you don’t mind paying for the app and don’t have any issues, it’s ok.
Charged me twice and won’t let me watch anything!!
I have been using this app for a year. But when I looked at my subscription I realized they had charged me both monthly and yearly. When I canceled the monthly subscription now I can’t watch anything. Total ripoff.

I love this app! I am so glad I purchased it. I can download a workout, & watch it without having to rack my brain if there is WiFi. So many great videos. I highly recommend!!
Unable to cancel
Signed up for 7 day free trial. Didn’t like what I saw, so went to cancel. Go to page to cancel, only asks why leaving, but will not let you go past that page. Then go to contact for cancel, and that will not go through either. So how exactly are you suppose to cancel?? Videos are old, not new content of worth.
