Worked fine at first but after an hour all the videos ended up being upside down and only a corner was shown

Why is this even real?!? When i try cropping it, it wont let me! Only shows me haft of my video! When i press create! Its upside down haft of the video! Like!, what type of cropping app is this?! Shows me a ad every single time i press something! And its really bad quality!!
