Rip off

Signed up for the free try and canceled i got charged $150 and this is for a years membership i do not want !! Do not do the free trial .. they will not let you cancel !!!!

Made me life easier in one second!!

It took about 10 minutes from the minute I downloaded the app until the moment I had an up and running app that sells!! Customer service is amazing too. Highly recommend

Beware! $179 charge without permission

I was checking this app out as an option to create my own app, they had a free trial so I figured why not? Well I realized quickly this wasn’t for me I canceled it and deleted the app off my phone and was still charged $179.88 even though I deleted and canceled during the trial period. Well, the very day I realized that I was charged and there was a mistake I emailed them. They took about 24 hrs to respond and then said that I didn’t take a certain step to cancel, I did what they said and now 3 days later they are refusing to refund me. This is just bad etiquette. I will happily update this rating if I receive a refund, but it is just good ethics for a company to refund the same day as the charge was issued or even if there was a user error when they do not want the services and are in a timely window a grace should be made. But the fact is that the app did not give proper indication on how to cancel. Lastly, this company charges through PayPal not through iTunes subscription so figuring out how to cancel is a bit of a challenge anyway. Also, they said they couldn’t cancel once payment goes through and the truth is it’s very easy to submit refunds, I know because I run a business myself and use PayPal as a business. So AppsVillage please do the right thing. If not, hope this helps someone make a smart decision in regards to whether to download this app.

TERRIBLE

I hate this company with a passion. They are the worst possible option. Hold you money for months, takes by far the biggest fees, and i canceled my app months ago multiple times and it STILL CHARGES ME!!! I have messaged and emailed these people dozens of times, i have commented all over their instagram just to have my comments deleted, i have commented all over their youtube. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THERE IS DEFINITELY BETTER WAYS. I hate you Mark Bluband your company is horrible and i truly hope you fail. I had such a horrible experience with this. I do 3 million a year in sales on instagram, im friends with dozens of similar buisness owners. Im so happy we will never have to be hurt by this buisness again.

Customers can book appointments. But the links to my website and payment will not load.

Would love to see a few options changed

We are loving the app so far! However I run a very busy bakery and definitely can’t keep up with all the various means of communicating with my customers. The messaging option should be optional in my opinion. I have people messaging me about things of little importance and I look like a jerk if I don’t respond back. Also, I don’t like that I have to approve every coupon that wants to be redeemed. I mean, what if we get to thousands of people who want to use a coupon? That would take forever to go through! Lastly, it would be nice if we also had the option to not use military time for business hours. Not everyone knows how to tell military time. Overall, the app is great! It’s been fun so far. Would recommend

Think About The Event Organizers

1) It’s not an app but a link to follow!
2) post notifications don’t work when any of the employees that I had set up the app! And yes they all have their “Receive notifications” tap was on.
3) When adding “LINK BOTTOMS” you should be able to edit the icons to social media icons. Like Facebook, Instagram, YouTUBE etc.
4) The ABOUT, UPDATES & MESSAGE tabs on the top should also be able to edit. I’d would like to have EVENTS, TICKETS and or MESSAGE etc.

This is a great idea but it should also be designed for event organizers and not just restaurant establishments.

No loyalty feature

You cant upload photos. Can’t upload Menu and has no loyalty feature for customers. I also thought you can download your app from apps store or google play. But apparently its just a link version.
