Glad to see a utility move into the modern age. They do a great job keeping this app up to date.

Absolute trash
Pretty lack luster interface and because they don’t give you a format prompt for entering the expiration date of your payment method, it says it’s either missing or invalid no matter what. I tried every way possible to enter the month and year and nothing worked, making this app completely useless.
Not accepting payment
It keeps telling me that my expiration date is wrong....it’s not and I have tried every way possible of writing it.

Only shows amount owed and allows you to pay through app. Nothing else
When it does work, only allows you to view the amount owed/pay online. It will not display what the actual bill would look like, had it been received in the mail... so if there are any notifications that are supposed to have been given on the bill...there aren’t.
Horrible
Never works and it’s the only way you can pay online.
Needs work
Disappointed that after months if waiting and taxpayer money invested in this, NKWD got ripped off by the developer and did not include security enhancement like Touch ID. Also, why no Amex to this day?!
