This app is a life-saver for the disabled
If I had one complaint about the app it would be the inability to review a individual store through the app unless I get the notification asking if I would like to review a previous order, that’s it 😅.
Maybe add some most accessibility features like a dark mode so folk like myself who have a sensitivity to bright lights won’t be flash banged opening the app haha, but honestly the app is almost perfect.

Total scam! Will take your money and cancel your order!
Because each customer only gets one 1p bundle, and free delivery only the first time, I now can’t access these offers despite never receiving them. So my money has been taken, my offers used up, and nothing to show for it!
Total scam - do not use this app.

These people will bend over backwards to help and provide you with everything and if something is not in stock they don’t just say sorry not available they will actually find you something and even think about what your ordering and give you something that makes sense.
Will use them forever more and can’t thank them for their service during Covid as well as now and still taking the time to be careful and thoughtful.

It’s ok, room for a lot more improvement!!
Con: when you place an order for delivery it doesn’t default to your address which has led to my delivery going to the wrong address!
Con: it changes the position of the delivery/collection stores, just when you’ve think you’ve selected the right one it brings up another store
Con: I wish it would just show you’re normal store rather all the others around, give other stores a separate option - I’ve ended up driving 25 miles to collect an order at the wrong store by accident.
Con: Not enough goods have photos or decent information
Con: I feel the charges are a bit excessive
It would be nice to see a separate Promotions section
It’s ok, it’s bailed me out a few times for last minute items. Even though I’m careful using the app, errors still occur. Thankfully my local Burnham on Crouch store has been super helpful as they’ve encountered these issues many times from their customers!
