Hi Brianna, thank you for your feedback. It's not that we want to cause you distress and upset you by charging you - it's just that we put a lot of work into this app, we also update it weekly with new meal plans. Therefore we can't give it away for free. It's a full time business to create/develop/design/update/market apps. Please understand our reasoning and don't hold it against us. If you need something free, there are lots of resources online for following a healthy clean eating plan that are no charge. We even have a website with free info on it about clean eating: https://HealthyHappySmart.com

Hi, we do mention the cost in the app store description. We are fully transparent about the price and that it's a paid subscription with a free 7 day trial on the monthly option. NO trial on the annual. thank you for your feedback, please consider changing your rating, or removing it, since this is not valid.

Hi Boierrn - cancellations are done in your Appstore Settings. This isn't an issue on our end, it's just an Apple rule because you got the app in their store. Hello - we would love to give our app away for free, but it's just not possible with the amount of work it takes to create an app, plus we update it weekly with a new meal plan. Therefore we must charge for it. We mention all of this in the appstore description that you can view before you download the app. Please consider changing your review as it's not valid because we are completely transparent about this upfront before you even get the app. Thanks.

Hello. We actually give the app to you for free for 7 days to try it out and see if you like it. You are only charged if you decide you find value in the app. If not, we give you open opportunity to cancel in your Appstore Settings and not be charged a dime. Customer support autoresponse states that I will be back to answer you within a couple hours, so please be patient with me. You can also email me: Kelly@HealthyHappySmart.com - but the wait time is about the same. Thank you.

If you don't find value in that, then I am sorry, but we cannot give our hard work away for free. Thank you. Misleading or Not
However I also agree because once you have the app, if you have to pay to use it, they should’ve made it clear instead of putting a ‘get’ button when you have to pay for it inside the app.

Hi xoGabixx - Just to be clear, you do NOT have to pay to use this app. We give you a free week when you subscribe. If you don't want it - simply cancel before the free week is over to avoid being charged.
