  • Bought the app, not what we need.

    Bought the app as we own a small business. This app is good, but not what we needed. App needs to be redesigned for an easier all around work ethic. Client tab for all clients. Notes tab where you can add a note to a client. Timer tab where you can time a job site. The way this app works is not at all how we need it to. Upset I spent $10 on it just for it to sit in my “download now” as I won’t use it at all.

    Hi Karyn. I’m sorry to here about your disappointment with the app but grateful for your feedback on what you need the app to do for you. This is the only way we know how to make it better for everyone. I don’t believe there is a way for Apple to reimburse you for the app but I will do some research on my end. If not, I will see what I can do for you in future softwares that we roll out. Hopefully we can create something that will be just want you need. Thank you again for the feedback.
  • Search feature

    Hey, great app but you should have a search feature for clients. It takes a lot of time to scroll through a ton of clients.

    Hello, sorry for the slow response. You are right, probably could use search for completed jobs as well. I hoping to have this along with many other updates rolled out by next season or sooner.     I bought this app mainly because I’m a small plowing company that has two trucks/ drivers.
    We are would like to be able to send progress reports back and forth to each other with as well a client share if need be. Also at the end of the storm can you include a all inclusive clients report that can be sent message/email of what jobs where completed. All that I can see is that I can send only one customer at a time😕.
    I like how it saves your clients so you don’t have to manually input every time. However a more user friendly design that does not require so much typing would also be nice. Maybe including just click buttons that automatically records data would make the app more useful and quicker. Just a couple thoughts 💭 thanks for the work so far...

Feedback is our main source of knowing what updates we should push out. We would love it if you connected with us through our support link (facebook page). At any rate, We will get started on getting these suggestions integrated as part of upcoming updates that we will roll out over this year - (1) All inclusive client report that can be sent via message or email of what jobs were completed (2) A more simple design that requires less typing / inputs (3) Be able to send progress reports back and forth between drivers.     In order to make sure we understand your request, when you say multi user, how would you like to app to handle multi users? Such as different logins for users or having ability to create routes and assign them to drivers to throw a few out. Thanks for any insight you can provide to help us provide a better app.
