Not Reliable
80% of the time, the APP does not show any patients tied to the account. I sometimes have success in shutting the APP down and “rebooting” it. But even this does not work every time. I also wish the APP would send you a notification letting you know that your prescription is ready.
Never Works Correctly
This app has always been glitchy and never consistently works correctly. I have had to repeatedly put my profile and my husband’s in over the last few months only to then be able to see the ones I already put in. If my pharmacy had another option, I would certainly use it!
Perry Drug Company
Our Insurance company changed requiring use to obtain prescriptions from locally owned pharmacies. So happy they did. We changed from big corporate to small hometown pharmacy and what a difference. We started shopping at Perry Drug Company and you couldn’t ask for kinder people and better service. They are like the Chick-fil-a of Pharmacies. Best customer service ever. So glad we chose Perry Drug Company.

This is the worst app. Obviously, the developers did not beta test, of simply can’t write a workable app.
