App does not work at all. It’s says it can’t connect. Totally pointless.
Great way to report outages!
Very useful app to see and report outages, it even gives you an estimated time power will be restored. Much easier than calling in!

App is suppose to be a convenient way to report problems but does NOT work either easily or conveniently. Dud.
