Revolutionary!
My company recently decided to go with Perchwell as our new real estate listing system. After doing my training, I have to say it is genius. There are all of these tools right at your fingertips which were not available with other systems. It is user friendly and the support staff they have is on top of it. Any question you have, they have an answer. They are always available to assist. As far as the app goes it's very useful for on the go. As a former agent, now office manager, I can truly say that I feel confident that the app will provide all the support you need when you are out on the field and away from a desktop. I look forward to using Perchwell!

Game Changer
This is a true game changer. Especially since we have no true MLS in NYC. This at least eases the pain. The aesthetic and simplicity in design and layout are sure to drive us forward

Phenomenal
What a great tool for realtors! Saves time going from site to site to site to find info. The ability to have dialogue with the clients is tremendous. I can not wait to see what Perchwell brings to the table next!

Perchwell has been able to do the impossible and seamlessly integrate property searches, market reports, communication with my clients, listing management and so much more.
