Vivago is a pioneer in providing telehealth and eHealth suite of solutions. Vivago mobile application is an extension to the solution portfolio for iOS platform. It is a patient care and monitoring application which offers services like view and respond to real time patient data, add notes and remarks on patients wellbeing and providing the solution on premise. The application is used by various hospitals across the European countries.
The mobile application is developed for nurse(s) and customer’s (also referred as patients) relatives to consume the customer information created by Vivago wrist units from API server. The application will be deployed and configured by the administrator in mobile devices assigned to nurse(s) and in customer’s relative mobile device. Administrator will provide user account credentials.
Basic objective of this mobile application is to handle alarm(s) raised by the user or for the user. An alarm indicates to the user (=nurse) that a customer requires help. The alarms are always created "real-time".
Vivago is reliable and flexible patient monitoring application. The health staff (nurses or relatives) are immediately notified about patient’s well-being.
