The perfect way to learn how to actually apply your karate
Both this app and Iain’s overall approach are perfect for the martial arts practitioner who wants to functionalise their training and make sure that they can actually pull off the techniques in a real life context. From applications to impact drills to concepts this is the best way I’ve seen to make Karate functional again.

This is everything I’ve been looking for.
No more endless searching through YouTube to find what I’m looking for! The app has bunkai for every part of every kata that’s on there, as well as solo drills, partner drills, ground drills, impact training and takedowns/throws. I almost hate to say this, but you could learn everything you need to know from this app.

Outstanding value
If you are a progressive karate practitioner interested in the more practical rather than sports-centric side of Karate, this app is absolutely OUTSTANDING value for money. It’s filled to the brim with pre-recorded content, and also gives access to exclusive live seminars. Iain also has a brilliant knack of putting across the content in a way that educates and entertains. In my opinion, this app is worth every penny of the monthly fee, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Brilliant Source of Information
I've been a subscriber of this app since it's been running and I think it's great. Not only as a martial arts teacher, but as a student too. Iain Abernethy's clear and understandable lessons make the use of this information, plus the application to actual use a joy, and it's great to use for a recap on things that may have been missed, or even forgotten by those of us who attend his awesome seminars and classes around the world.
Regular updates, in depth topics, and even the recent live train-alongs make this a valuable part of my education. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
