Too hard to win these days
I have played your app for three years and have loved it!
I know it’s like a casino but seems like I win in the casino more then I do on your games now! believe the more you pay and the higher level you go it’s harder and harder to win so they’ve gotten to where they’re no fun anymore. I don’t understand why you guys make this so hard to play especially when you play every day. I’m ready to find other ads that least you can win once in a while again! great illustrations !

Real bummer
I have been playing this game for a really long time, spent a lot of money buying credits, always frustrating to spend so much and not get a lot of credits for the money, my choice obviously and my stupidity, now they change and give you way more credits for the money, and all the games win very minimal, and not just a few games but all win crappy. So I am deleting this app for good. I understand making money is the obvious goal in this, for the creators but I find it a real shame that a person can’t buy credits win big for a while and then buy more credits and everyone is “winning”. Game makes it’s own purchases- beware
I like the slot games a lot but some how this app is able to make its own purchases. All other apps or anytime I make a purchase on my iPhone, I have to double-click my side button to confirm the purchase but this app is making charges on its own. This happened more than once. It's been a .99 or 2.99 charge which I dispute and usually get my refund. I wasn’t sure, maybe I accidentally purchased coins but this morning it happened again. I deleted the app then after deleting it, I got a .99 cent charge notification. I am not sure if this is intentional or what- anyone else experienced this with this app?? Daily Grind
Because if their technical problems it does not show I collected my daily bonus - does this mean the daily bonus ladder will start all over again at the beginning- the lowest amount?! Honestly there’s always something wrong, winnings are slim and I noticed I’m playing the same games all the time just to keep what I have. Disappointing

Decent app but too many changes
I love the games they have on here but it’s so annoying that one minute all slots are open and the next hour they’re closed. This is the only app that does that. All other apps keep slots open the whole day. Also noticed that when you actually buy coins, you lose so fast and out of coins again. Would be the best app if not for those thingsShow lessMosie210
My Main Facebook Account Not Working
I have to say that I am very disappointed with this app. My main account that is tied to my Facebook account is no longer working/available! I cannot even retrieve my account number. I have over 45 billion coins I cannot use. No one is responding to the tons of concerns on Facebook. I’m not the only one complaining. This App needs to respond and compensate those locked out after paying for coins and loosing progress for the daily rewards. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!Show lessCmick2

Sciplay has done it again. The same games as goldfish casino and hot shot casino and quick hits, with a differant foremat. Great games that you cannot play unless you pay, little at first and then you lose fast and the coin packs go up and up and you will never win like you did the first time you play, that is how they pull the bait and switch game, they lure you in with alot of wins at first, and then you lose it all fast and up come the coin packs. Deleting due to bad support
I have had this game for quite awhile and I like playing it. They are running a promotion now that gives you 200,000 coins as long as you meet the daily tasks. I do so every day. I have only received my coins twice. I have sent numerous emails to support and have heard back once telling me that I should look at the gift box and my coins would be there. They were not. I emailed again and told them that. I have not heard back. I also sent at least another 3 or 4 emails and those have also gone unanswered. As much as I like playing this game, I will be deleting it.
