I’ll change the review when I can actually use the app

Purchased a year subscription and it won’t let me do anything saying I have not purchased a subscription.
I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled; turned my device off and on. It will not work. I’m going to have to get a refund because the app simply does not work. Took my money and ran

Hello! We’re responding again. Please email us through the side menu of the app so we can help. We can’t contact you. Apple keeps track of subscriptions and purchases through your Apple ID. Please make sure you’re signed in with the ID used to make the purchase. Space is limited here, but if you contact us ( help@micswap.com ) we’ll get it working for you. Thanks for your patience.

Terrible! Doesn’t work at all.

I just paid $4.99 for this app, and it doesn’t function at all. I tried going to my settings to let it access my videos, but it only gives the option of accessing Siri/Search. So I tried uploading a video from my iCloud to the app, but nothing happened. My videos are all greyed out. Cannot use the app if I can’t upload anything to it. There is no in-app settings menu. The FAQ isn’t helpful if that app doesn’t work at all.

Hello! This app is AudioMaster, it only works with audio files. We do offer VideoMaster, that works with video. Email us for help with a refund. Please email us through the side menu of the app if we can ever help.

This ain’t fair

Seriously, I am new to this app and I need to do the god damn purchasing? How is that fair at all? I can’t even use it unless I bought it, never using this app again.

Hello! You can use it all you want. Did you see the 3 day free trial? You can also X out of that and just import audio to hear how AudioMaster improves your sound. Import as many files as you like. Choose the 3 day free trial to export or just subscribe. We also off AudioMaster Pro (separate app) if you’d like to own it forever. Please email us through the side menu of the app if we can ever help.

6-Month Subscription but no full usage? 🧐

I paid for six months and read that I am entitled to full usage, but I can’t use reverb. And, I have to restore my purchase EVERY-TIME after exporting a song. 😩

Unable to use since upgrade

I was using the free version of this app to master my music I recorded on bandlab. The quality was excellent and I was going to purchase the full version. Sadly since my last update the app doesn’t open. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but this doesn’t work. The producers have advised me to contact them for further support via the side menu in the app, which is not very helpful as the app won’t open without crashing.

What?

The UI is weird. There is no drop menu under "file". I don't even know what I can do with this program? Used for 1 minute and threw it in the trash.

Hello! You tap the import icon on the top right of the screen to import audio, then tap the export icon next to it to export. Did you see the tutorial in the side menu? Useless without paying

I understand that the devs need to make money but this app is useless without paying. You can’t even export your own file without paying monthly or 27.99 for the pro version. Also the “free” audio adjustments barely make a difference.

Hi! When you import your audio you then hear how the app improves its sound. We feel this is a ‘try before buy’ situation. You’re trying out the app and if you like what it what it does to your audio you can then choose from many purchase options. You wouldn’t get this if you went to a mastering engineer.
