Pay for magazine and current issue locks up denying access to your entire library. Developers slow to fix ... still waiting

Poor support
First few editions downloaded ok but then the September issue would not download. Contacted the magazine and Stuart forwarded me on to Zinio Apps. Have had a few emails from Zinio, but 5 days later still no magazine. Not happy.Feeff
Can't download issues
Dreadful app that won't download purchased issues. Move onto something that works or visit a newsagent and buy a hard copy. This app is absolute rubbish.mshaus
Can't open
Can't open any of the magazines I have purchased and it's not the first time it has happened. Extremely slow at getting back to you with help.aidenclark
Great magazine in a user friendly app
This is Australia's best motorcycling magazine. Real world articles and honest reviews. And the app is a gem. Easy to zoom, great reader mode, the pages turn when you want them too, and it just seems to fit the iPad screen. A certain US magazine of a very similar name would do well to look at this app as a benchmark and change out their woeful app for this excellent excellent electronic magazine reading package.Show lessStuartho
