    This app is great not only does it give u a thirty day challenge it gives u all types of food recipes that you’d normally have to pay for free if the oly thing I don’t really like is that it only has one level

    If you use this app properly then it it very good! I chose to do sit ups because I want to get rid of some fat underneath my breasts and it has worked! So thankssss! Great app 5/5- 4/5

    Okay, I just started working out at the gym but when I'm home I don't workout, so I decided to try this 30 day and I'm loving it. I'm on my second day and it simply and easy. TRY IT!!!!! 👍🏽

    Love this app!! 30 day results. It's easy. I normally don't stick to anything to complicated but this is as easy as it gets.i have 4 challenges on my phone I just do them and check them off in the morning and I'm good to go👍🏻
