Trax app is not working for our CSM’s
Worst app I have ever used, it is horrible. It has no functionality and it takes way more time than it should. Steve Annis should fix this for us, why isn’t he?made user

There is no way to organize the app. After answering everything I still get told at the end that something is undone, but it doesn’t say what.@&:$:):!3&3!:
It is clunky and difficult to use.
I cringe every time it comes up for an audit. It does not flow smoothly, no reality of retail reality like narrow aisles and so on.pswaterspirit

My TRAX app takes forever to load up. That is if it loads up. I have to power down my phone numerous times and/or remove the app and reinstall it.PowerDown$69

All due respect. This is the most confusing app !!3491!!
Not consistent
We have( sales managers) so much riding on taking pictures in our stores and “ being graded” on consistent and clear pictures. I have to log in everyday and wait for minutes , hours, and days only to have the app replaced- and losing pictures I took in the process.eigar station zebra

The app is a little confusing not user friendly. When you have to stop an ask you self questions has to what goes were. Just saying not user friendly.friendly piano
