Terrible
This game is absolutely dreadful. It consists almost entirely of choosing between two options, which often make no sense whatsoever, and seeing some meaningless stats fluctuate slightly. There isn't even a description providing context to each choice or explaining the results of your decisions (beyond the previously mentioned stat fluctuations). There is no explanation of how your stats affect anything, so if the simulation features the game claims to have are actually implemented, you won't notice. This wouldn't be worth installing if it were free. It's DEFINITELY not worth paying for.

Expected more...
Trailer makes you believe the game is something it is not. There's no simulation, just random choices and no explanation to what they do. Chose one and numbers go up or down. Takes about 15 minutes to finish one life, no reason to start another since you have no control and already saw everything the game has to offer.
