  • Does not work

The developers nor the university cares about this app. It is just a PR stunt at best, don’t waste your time
  • Tracking your every move

I’m full Rock Chalk but this app is Bullsit. Why are you tracking every move I make? Delete this app immediately it’s a tracker.
  • Hello??

Is anyone monitoring this app?? I see multiple users, including myself, who have difficulty opening and navigating. Can someone please address the concerns?
  • Recall your 10 digit id

Just tried to sign in to use the app. Had me enter my name and select year I graduated. That worked well. The it asks for 10 digit alumni id. I admit I do memorize by 9 digit US social sec. #. Do I memorize my KU alumni id #? No I do not. Great app.
Cleaning that off my memory now. ☹️
  • KU alumni

Every year I have to update password. I am lifetime/ President Club member. Really?
  • Renew

Supposedly you can renew on the app, but it is not at all clear where or how.
  • Does not work

When I click “Register” all I get is blank screen beneath the header, however long I wait. IOS and app versions are both up to date.
  • signing in/out

This app needs a separate place to sign in/ out instead of going through the whole registration process/find yourself on the list/ etc. It's a bulky & not easy to navigate app.
  • Meh

The interface is fine, but responsiveness upon click is slow, and the app crashes if you attempt to paste a field in, specifically the 10-digit Alumni number.

Certain areas direct you elsewhere for things like buying tickets, but then when you are redirected, there’s no “buy” option.

Agree with the previous reviewer, it works and is handy for the Final Four, but needs to keep refining and improving with each iteration.

  • Need to work on your responsive UI

The interaction UI on the app is just okay. It’s not horrible, but it could be a lot better. When it comes to entering information the fields are too small to easily navigate through and you should set it to use the number pad when entering any numerical information. The whole thing needs to move up a size or two in font size and create a “native” type experience. There’s a way to do that and use controls that are set for the phone and still leverage your desktop content. Just need to keep iterating on it.
