Where to begin….for one as a technician the user interface is horrible when you’re wearing gloves. The redo and resume button for videos are basically on top of one another. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to redo an entire video because the wrong button was pressed by mistake. Many of my videos never get uploaded despite me leaving my app open and connected to my dealers wifi hurting my video percentages. The audio for all my videos is super faint and gabled, doesn’t matter if I’m using my AirPods or the phones mic. I thought it was my microphone at first but when calling my coworkers my audio comes in loud and clear. I can’t believe dealership are suckered in to using such a horrible app.
