  • Awful App In Workplace

    I use this app at my work to check in cars and every day when you go to open the app or take videos it crashes atleast 1 in 3 times and never fully works. Majority of coworkers find this to be a huge issue too and I don’t know how a major company constantly working on tech fixes can’t make it so iphone 12 and up don’t crash everytime you open the app. This is ridiculous and completely unexceptionable out of a company using this in big corporations.
  • Fine for Client Communication

    We don’t use the scheduling feature, but we do use it for client communication. Works just fine. I like that we can delegate conversations. A problem that our techs had is that the videos they send out to customers can sometimes be really glitchy, and you can’t tell that its messed up until the customer has received it. Which has been a source of frustration for all parties involved. So hopefully that gets remedied.

  • Cameras

    Our dealership only uses the technician video portion of the app. My only real gripe and reason for the review is the lack of being able to select which camera to use for recording the video. I much prefer to use a wide angle shot to encompass more of the vehicle. Secondly, the app doesn’t seem to take advantage of video stabilization that most modern phones have. The app really feels like it’s stuck in 2009. Lastly, the inability to pre-record videos and then upload them to the app (and still count for technician video in statistics) is really annoying. Much improvement can and should be made.
