Just what I’ve been looking for, a huge variety of workouts that fit into my crazy life. I can pick as many as I have time for, which as a busy mum of two works perfectly for me. Amazing energy, modifications and most importantly really great fun! Marvin is 10/10

Very poor don't waste your time
Only 8 workouts. The description says highly qualified trainers, team of experts. Although in reality it is one trainer who is doing exercises from the 1980's. Static holds and old fashioned muscle contractions on one plane of motion. Do 3D planes of motion, do movement based exercises based on biomechanics. Low level 2 or 3 trainer clearly not up to date with fitness.
