Problems
Importing via the “Open in” tool didn’t work when I downloaded epub and epub3 files from the Standard eBooks web site with Safari. The error message from Lisa said that the file format was unknown.
Although my iPad is set to use English, and Lisa’s interface appears to recognize this, some interface text appears in French:
- the “you do not yet have any books in your library” message when viewing an empty library
- the livechat prompt
- the default subject line for e-mail to send feedback
I was unable to evaluate Lisa’s reading interface because the first thing I did was to delete the preloaded books in the library.
