I loved this machine
As it says I loved it I still do! But I dropped it from my nail table and when I press the power button on it just beeps and light goes green for a quick second and turns off can you help me where can I send it to have it fixed. I read a lot of reviews complaining. About the app but mine never gave me issues, I love my machine I’ve had it for several years since 2019 and it’s very useful. Please help me get my O’2 Machine fixed.Show lessBluimon

I can’t get any nail patterns! Asking for download code. Oh this is a hassle. They are not listed anywhere, only has the bulky square shape that’s available.DejKute

9/10 times when I press ok to print after lining everything up, the app will just crash. On the times I can successfully print, I cannot move onto the next nail because the app freezes. I then have to close out the app and go through several crash cycles before I get the next nail to print. I love the machine however the app needs serious help.Show lessTh3 r3d butt3rfly

Hi dear, please change the setting in the O2Nails APP. Step: O2Nails APP -' Settings' - 'Advanced' - 'Side camera recognition switch' ( make sure this button is off ) If the problem still consists, please send the details to service@cybernail.comNeed more pictures in the App
There needs to be more pictures added to the app, and also nail shapes like deep French etc!C.Shawntae O

This app gives me nothing but issues with my printer ever since the new update to iPhone... seriously needs to fix this ASAP!!!!pim@
